Now is the season for Matsutake mushrooms, and I found such a good quality supply from our local Spring Water Farm that I decided to prepare a Kaiseki course especially for this rare and expensive delicacy.
This is a one night only event this coming Thursday, October 15th, at $95 per person (food only), and reservations will be required, first come, first served. I hope you can join.
