About the food: Most fresh ingredients are from local farmers. Organic produce is used when available (depends on season). Eggs are from antibiotic-free cage-free chickens. Lamb is antibiotic/hormone-free. Tofu is from Ota Tofu in Portland. Other produce from Ayers Creek farm SuDan farm, Kooloolan farm, Nicky (meat).
