Our mission is to provide the very best authentic Japanese cuisine using sustainable resources which ensures the wellbeing of future generations. In Portland we are blessed with an abundance of such natural resources, and it is so important to be able to consume the food which grows where we grow. Chef Naoko cuisine consists primarily of local, natural ingredients prepared Chef Naoko style. Our food is a personal message to you from the chef wishing you good health and happiness, and we do hope that you enjoy the taste of Chef Naoko.
Chef Naoko is serving delicious Japanese Bentos at the Chef Naoko Bento Café in downtown Portland. All Bentos are prepared using mainly natural and organic ingredients from local farmers. Need something special for a business lunch or dinner? Chef Naoko can prepare and deliver both Bento and buffet style catering. Japanese clients coming to town? Impress them with our authentic Japanese Bentos. Use Chef Naoko for eat-in healthy lunches, bentos to go, corporate catering, catered meetings and events, and whenever you need healthy Japanese Bento style cuisine.
